Alex Gee
Superintendent
Alex began his career in construction in 2012, building a strong foundation in the trades as both an electrician and carpenter. His hands-on field experience provided him with extensive technical knowledge and a deep understanding of construction operations from the ground up.
In 2017, Alex advanced into the role of Superintendent for the residential division of Nedderman Construction. From 2017 to 2023, he successfully managed the construction of multiple high-end custom homes throughout the Preston Hollow area of Dallas, as well as farmstead-style residences in surrounding communities.
One of his most notable projects included the restoration and expansion of an original 1917 farmhouse in Preston Hollow, transforming the property into a more than 12,000-square-foot estate with the addition of a secondary residence.
In July 2023, Alex transitioned to Nedderman Construction Group as Lead Superintendent for the renovation of Hotel Indigo in Downtown Dallas. This large-scale project involved modernizing the historic 1923 Hilton Hotel to meet current hospitality standards, performing critical structural repairs, and coordinating ongoing construction activities while maintaining full hotel operations.
