Bill brings over 20 years of construction management experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through final completion—with a particular strength in field operations and execution.

He holds a degree in Computer Drafting and Design, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, and a Master of Science in Finance. In addition to his role at Nedderman Construction Group, Bill serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Construction Management program at Collin College. He is OSHA 30 certified and brings a strong foundation of both academic and hands-on industry knowledge to every project.
