With more than four decades of experience in residential and commercial construction, Bryant brings deep industry knowledge and a hands-on leadership approach to every project. Raised in a family of craftsmen and builders, he developed an early foundation in construction by working alongside his father and grandfather on custom rural homes throughout Oklahoma, gaining firsthand experience in cabinetry, trim work, and finish carpentry.

After relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Bryant expanded his expertise through roles as a Warranty Superintendent, Trim Carpenter, and Remodeling Contractor before specializing in high-end custom cabinetry and interior finishes. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality led him to Nedderman Construction Group, where he has served as Superintendent for more than four years.

During his tenure with Nedderman, Bryant has overseen several high-profile luxury projects, including a 20-story penthouse build and a 12,000-square-foot European furniture showroom in the Dallas Design District. He is known for delivering exceptional quality, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are executed with precision from start to finish.
