Chad began his career as a Superintendent and working foreman, gaining eight years of hands-on experience across a broad range of construction projects. His background includes industrial construction, a variety of paving projects, high-end retail finish-outs, storefront construction, and major millwork installations such as booths and tables.

He is skilled in leading field teams and has experience managing crews of six to ten workers. Chad’s practical knowledge and leadership on the job site make him a reliable and effective part of the construction team.
