Howard Nedderman began his career as a structural engineer, gaining over four years of experience working on a wide range of projects including mid-rise buildings and sewage treatment plants. He went on to spend the next decade in the construction industry, contributing to high-profile projects—some valued up to $20 million—while working with respected firms such as Avery Mays Construction, J.L. Williams Co., Inc., and George A. Fuller of Texas.

In 1988, Howard founded Nedderman & Associates, laying the foundation for what would become Nedderman Construction Group. His deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial vision continue to shape the company’s legacy.
