John Walter

Superintendent

John has served as a Superintendent for Nedderman Construction since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on construction experience and field leadership to the company. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a wide range of high-profile and technically demanding projects, earning a reputation for reliability, problem-solving, and dedication to quality craftsmanship.

Among the projects he is most proud of are the restoration of Frankford Church and work completed on the historic Spencer House. John has also spent more than 16 years working on projects at NorthPark Center, where he has overseen elevator installations, six-story garage stair construction, major garage repairs, and numerous large-scale improvement projects.

He enjoys the ever-evolving nature of the construction industry and takes pride in embracing new challenges that continue to expand his knowledge and expertise in the field.
