Lawrence brings over 35 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, ranging from ground-up builds to renovation projects. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and currently serves as both a Project Manager and the Director of Safety at Nedderman Construction Group.

In his role, Lawrence manages projects through every stage of construction while also leading the company’s safety initiatives. He stays current on industry standards to ensure employees receive the proper training and that safety practices are continuously evaluated and improved.
