Howard began his career working for over four years as a structural engineer. His project types ranged from mid-rise buildings to sewage treatment plants. For the next 10 years, Nedderman worked in the construction business for respected companies such as Avery Mays Construction, J. L. Williams Co., Inc., and George A. Fuller of Texas on projects up to $20 M. In 1988 he began Nedderman & Associates.

Joe has over 30 years of commercial construction as well as high end residential experience. He attributes his success to his ability to foster a “team relationship” with all subcontractors and their personnel on every project thereby cultivating a “pride of ownership” in each person on his team to the success of a project. He is determined to see that the project is completed on schedule and within budget.

Full-Time, On-Site. Bill brings over 20 years of Construction Management experience to the project. The
majority of Bill's experience is high-end residential. His strength is construction operations from preconstruction
through finished project. Bill has a degree in Computer Drafting and Design, a BA in business
management, and a MS degree in Finance. Bill is currently an Adjunct Professor at Collin College in the
Construction Management Degree program. OSHA 30 Certified.

My name is Tiffany Shanks. I’ve been with the company for 15 years. I received my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hardworking person. I originally was employed as the Accounts Payable Coordinator, and I have worked my way to the HR/Accounting Manager position. I have helped with implementing new software to help the company be more cost-effective and productive. I am the heart of the company. I am a loving mother of two wonderful kids Dorian and Ja’Nyah. I enjoy fixing jigsaw puzzles in my spare time for relaxation. I love playing volleyball, basketball, and going to Zumba to stay active.

Bill has over 35 years of construction experience. His years of experience have allowed him to take his team and project from the pre-bid investigation all the way through the final bid stage. He also has extensive experience working with architects, owners, and subcontractors. By reviewing the project requirements and the responsibility for each team member, Bill has been instrumental in seeing many successful projects to completion.

Richard has over 29 years of successful experience as a superintendent with shared project manager responsibilities. He developed and maintained strong relationships with clients, trade contractors, and suppliers. Since 1993, Richard has led over 30 projects with Shiloh Enterprises, Inc. He then joined Nedderman Construction Group, where he's worked for nine years. He's been a superintendent responsible for successful construction completion on projects ranging in cost from $200,000 to over 21 million. In his free time, Richard enjoys playing golf.

Sandy is a multi-tasker of all billing duties on Bell Annual Projects in the Field Office. Before joining Nedderman, she was self-employed in a Tow Truck and Safety Equipment Business and owns a traveling notary service. In May 2012, Sandy graduated from Tarrant County College with an AA degree in Arts. She has now been employed full-time with Nedderman for 15 years. Outside of work, Sandy is currently enrolled part-time in an online Bible College, and she volunteers once a month teaching Sunday School to kids first through fifth grade. Sandy's inspiration comes from her family, and she gains motivation through the strength she receives from God.

Chester has over 30 years of construction experience. His proudest moments were the completion of the Margaret and Trammel Collection of Asian Art Museum and completion of the Iron Cactus terra cotta façade restoration. He attributes his success to his common sense, determination, “stick-to-it-tive-ness,” and his ability to finish the project on schedule. Chester likes to stand back and look at his accomplishments. For the past seven years, Chester has worked at various plant locations for Bell Helicopter.

Arturo Rosales, a seasoned Project Engineer, brings over 40 years of experience in structural steel detailing and fabrication to his current role. With a background in structural engineering, Arturo is responsible for supervising, reviewing, and providing detailed plans for all projects involving structural steel. He takes great pride and joy in contributing to the steel fabrication and installation field by consistently delivering high-quality steel detailing plans. Beyond his professional endeavors, Arturo finds happiness in watching his grandchildren enthusiastically play soccer and listening to music. Each day, Arturo draws inspiration from expressing gratitude to the Lord for the opportunity to work and contribute his best efforts to the company's success. He is motivated by the desire to share his experience and knowledge with his co-workers, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering work of the utmost quality.

Mark Bartlett is a Senior Project Manager and leads the Business Development team. He came to the company in 2020 after working as a consultant on steel building design and erection, where he has over 12 years of industry experience. He brings to Nedderman extensive experience in leadership and management within the construction and industrial manufacturing segments. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University specializing in marketing and management. His interests include competitive swimming, numismatics, photography, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Carmen Maruska is a valued member of the project management and accounting team at Nedderman. With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, she has been a dedicated member of the company for four years. Alongside her professional expertise, Carmen excels in her hobby of baking and decorating cakes and cookies for special occasions, a passion she shares with her family and friends. When not occupied by her professional and creative pursuits, Carmen's favorite pastime revolves around spending quality time with her loved ones.

Kornel is a Polish native and has over 7 years of construction experience. He started by volunteering on construction staffs for a year in England before returning to Poland doing interior finish outs. Kornel continued to balance his work while obtaining his degree in English before moving to the US.

Kornel joined Nedderman & Associates as a laborer and quickly rose to Forman exhibiting his strong desire to grow his construction experience. He has spent the last 3 years as one of our valued Forman/Assistant Superintendents showcasing his leadership ability and completing several retail jobs in this role.

Ashantia Salter is an accomplished Accounts Payable Representative who has been a valuable asset to the company since 2018. With over ten years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, Ashantia has developed a deep understanding of financial processes and consistently demonstrated high accuracy and attention to detail in her work.

In addition to her expertise in finance, Ashantia has recently embarked on a journey to expand her skill set by taking online classes in Social Media and Marketing Content. Recognizing the importance of staying up-to-date with evolving trends in the digital landscape, she is determined to enhance her knowledge and contribute to the company’s marketing efforts in innovative ways in the future.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ashantia finds joy in her hobbies of crafting and creating new things. Her passion for creativity fuels her motivation, and she constantly seeks challenges and the latest trends to inspire her work. She approaches each project with a fresh perspective, always looking for opportunities to bring unique ideas to life.

Ashantia’s dedication to her role and her commitment to personal growth and exploration make her a valuable team member. With her strong acumen, burgeoning marketing skills, and boundless creativity, she continues contributing to the success and advancement of the company she proudly represents.

Lawrence has a diverse background in the construction industry spanning over 35 years. He received a degree in Finance from UTA and brings construction experience from ground up to renovation to his role as Project Manager and the Director of Safety. Lawrence manages projects at every stage of construction. He also stays current on safety standards to ensure employees have the required training and that the company constantly enhances safety practices. Lawrence finds joy in coaching his son's football and soccer teams outside of work. Additionally, he likes to hunt, golf, and spend time with his friends and family.

Christopher has over 30 years of construction experience. Some of his proudest accomplishments in life have been published in several well-known publications such as Better Homes & Garden and Dallas Home Designs. Christopher is recognized in such publications for his exquisite custom designs on interior custom millwork, architectural designs, and layouts for residential estate homes. Another proud accomplishment of Christopher’s was serving in the United States Marine Corp. from January 1980 through December 1989 in the 373rd Marine Wing Support Squadron specializing in Crash Fire Rescue being his military occupation specialty. Soon after getting out of the military, Christopher started his own business in 1990 until 2013.



Christopher’s attributes his success to geometrical lay outs and how things go together, being a problem solver, being detailed minded, having common-sense, 100 % committed, hard worker and is “willing to go the extra mile.”

Chad began his career as a Superintendent working foreman for eight years. His projects have ranged from Industrial Constriction Projects, Paving Projects of all types, high-end retail finish outs to building storefronts, various major millwork projects and installation of booths and tables. Chad is capable of managing a crew of 6 to 10 men at one time.



Chad attributes his success to his two children and supporting wife.
One of his families past time is coaching and watching his son race bikes.

Mike is a valuable member of the Bell construction team, having been part of the company since 2020. With a background in Mechanical Design Technology, he earned an Associate's Degree from Penn State University. Post-graduation, Mike ventured into the Oil and Gas industry, contributing to Research and Development, New Product Design, and Product Redesign.



Mike holds a notable achievement—an awarded patent for a pressure-activated sand screen valve widely utilized worldwide. He is on the fast track to gaining comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry.



Outside of his professional pursuits, Mike finds joy in various hobbies. He engages in scroll sawing, skillfully crafting vases, bowls, and plates on a wood lathe. Additionally, he explores fractal burning and dedicates time to digging 18" diameter by 1 ft deep holes in the yard, a unique endeavor for his wife's benefit.

Jeremy Metcalfe is a Project Engineer and Assistant Superintendent. Jeremy has been with Nedderman since 2016 after being a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry. He loves to learn daily about the construction business and aims to become a Project Manager. He is an Eagle Scout and enjoys hunting, throwing horseshoes, and watching his daughter in competitive dance. He has been married for 13 years to his wife Tiffany, and they have three kids.

Paige Nedderman is part of the marketing and business development team. Paige has been with the company since 2021 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas with a business degree in marketing and management. She then received her graphic and web design certificate and created our new company website. Paige is passionate about creativity and enjoys learning new creative skills in her free time. She loves drawing, sewing, crocheting, and playing with her five-year-old Aussiedoodle Mazie.
