Richard brings over 33 years of proven experience as a superintendent, often taking on shared project management responsibilities. He is known for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, trade contractors, and suppliers—ensuring collaboration and accountability throughout each project.

Since 1993, Richard has successfully led more than 30 projects during his tenure at Shiloh Enterprises, Inc. For the past nine years, he has been a key part of the Nedderman Construction Group team, overseeing construction on projects ranging from $200,000 to over $21 million. His commitment to quality, safety, and on-time delivery makes him a valued leader on the field.
